This week been great at JJSE and LCR we been making some new space to grow food, we start our early summer plants, including Corn, Beans, squash, eggplants and tomatillos. In June Jordan we been working witht the art class students in developing more signs for the plants and painting the chicken coop.
From the outdoos kitchen end we been cooking some really really tasty recipes like our “Log Cabin Ranch double berry Pie”, “Strawberry apple cider smoothies”, a few Garden Quiches with tons of herbs and greens. You can see some pictures of this and other activities by clicking here
