Last Thursday was the start of the Mission Mercado season and we were so excited to be able to participate.
Every Thursday from 4pm-8pm you can visit our table at the market as we provide nutrition education, recipes, and all kinds of tasty goodness to all market goers. Want to know what to do with all that Kale? What is the best time of year to buy lemons? What vegetable will add iron to your diet? Urban Sprouts staff, parents, and students will be on hand to answer all your question and have fabulous examples for you to take home.
